Dr. Lau is someone that you feel like you've known forever upon first meeting. She's so very kind, funny, down-to-earth, and incredibly intelligent. She is extremely proactive and really knows what she's talking about. She knows the right tests to order and when to stay conservative as well as when it's time to get more aggressive. She talks *with* you and not *to* you, which I also think is really important. She involves you in healthcare decisions, and takes your opinion into consideration. She always answers all of my questions and never makes me feel rushed.
She also has a full-time phlebotomist (who is also great) in her office so when she orders labs, you don't have to go to an outside lab and wait if you don't want to. I've had labs drawn a few times at this office and never once has the phlebotomist missed a vein.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lau! She is so caring and takes time to answer all my questions without feeling like I’m being rushed. I would recommend her to anyone!
