I finally decided to switch providers and went to Desert Grove for the first time. Office was running late and I thought, oh boy not a good start. However, Dr. Lau apologized immediately and was so sweet and kind. The wait was well worth it. I feel she really cares and I'm excited to have a doctor that actually listens.

Dr Lau was very patient with me and also clear on the instructions. She shows compassion towards patience and discuss viable options. The wait time in this office is always short. No additional trip to the lab.

I am a new patient and went to see Dr. Lau for the first time yesterday, and she was amazing!! Very sweet very knowledgeable, and you can just feel how much she really does care. Unlike many other doctors I have seen. I’m very happy I went to see her and would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Dr. Lau for your genuine care.

Dr Lau is simply amazing! I was entertaining the fact that I was going to possibly change to another clinic, one closer to our new home but I had a last minute appointment and was seen by her, and I will now stay and she made it worth it. She is so attentive and knowledgeable. She has great bedside manner and truly cares about her patience!

Dr. Lau is Awesome!! She stays in tune with her patients, and always talks thru your plan of care and makes sure you understand what the plan of care is. Dr Lau has a great personality and makes sure she addresses ALL your concerns during your visit . I have even referred family to her practice, because it is hard to find a good Dr that has a great bedside manner, as Dr. Lau. 😎
