(April 15, 2021, 3:05 pm)While I very much like having Dr. Gadow as my doctor, I am not a huge fan of Cigna's decision to route all of the calls to a call center. Just adds another layer of confusion. That being said, the care I get at this facility is first rate. I have gone to another Cigna location and found the care lacking in comparison.

He is kind, considerate, listens to his patients, returns phone calls, remembers me when I go in, and I could go on and on. He has been our primary care doctor for over 10 years. The office is also the best! The nurses are very caring. I highly recommend this Cigna!
