Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The friendly and hardworking staff makes up for the terrible food. The burgers tasted burnt and a little mealy, even after my wife asked for a remake. The steak fries were undercooked and had raw potato in the center. But some things were okay. 3 stars for the food, given the good deal and 5 for the staff, who sang for my kids birthday and did their best to help with anything asked.

The wait was only 15-20 minutes for indoor on Friday night. I know they (like everywhere) are probably understaffed but I really feel they all were working hard to make everyone happy. We chose to sit outside and had no wait. The food was quick, hot, and good. Very extensive kids menu. Lots of alcoholic drinks to choose from too.

Burgers were good. Wish they'd ask "how do you want them cooked ". Some like it rare, some well. They do all the same...medium. Take a winter jacket. It is freezing in that place. Ridiculously COLD. Unnecessarily COLD.

This is a big hub like down town that has to move massive amounts of paper mail and even more massive amounts of parcels Amazon, ebay +++++++++++++ 1000s and 1000s everyday ...People that leave bad comments can't comprehend this place wasn't intended to deal with the public . Irwin has a Post office that does deal with the public located in the irwin business district
