Cindy is an incredible, thoughtful, professional, thorough and kind realtor who will make you feel like her one and only client. Her attention detail and willingness to go above and beyond her call of duty makes you feel well taken care of and the home-shopping experience stress-free. Her expertise extends beyond the East Valley where she is a lifelong resident, so don’t hesitate to inquire about any region you’re considering.

The one and only complaint is that she’s a die-hard Arizona Cardinals fan. As a 49ers fan, this was hard to swallow. But all her other superlative traits overcame this one flaw. Of course, if you’re into the Fartinals then you’re in great hands. Lol

Cindy was the first realtor we worked with, who was recommended to us by a friend. She was our first and the best we could have ever wished for.

Being a first time home buyer , and also the crazy market at the time, we were all over the place with our requirements and it was overwhelming. But Cindy was sincerely patient ,understanding and helped us navigate through all of this in the smoothest way.

Typically we have heard about realtors just trying to close a deal rather than making sure the clients are happy. Cindy on the other hand not only encouraged us to back out from an accepted deal, but also proactively pointed out the negatives along with the positives of any property we considered.

She was always prompt in responses and arranging showings ,when reached out to , and always on it or a step ahead when it came to handling the process and formalities.

We had some roadblocks in the final deal ( the one which gave us our home 🙂) too,which at some point almost felt impossible to surpass. Cindy, yet again with her detailed research , market knowledge , negotiation skills and the will to make it happen impressed and amazed us .

Overall, we wouldn't add or remove anything from the entire experience with her. She is an amazing realtor and a truly genuine person anybody can have in this journey of getting a home which is a special one to everyone.

Cindy went above and beyond to help us. The market is crazy in AZ, and she saw us through an accepted bid with a horrible inspection report, helped us understand potential costs, pros and cons of continuing versus waiting, stood up for us with pushy sellers, got us out of that bad contract, helped us see houses on a day’s notice, reassured us that 3 rejected offers later, we were still going to be fine and find a great home, and then she saw us through the entire buying process on the home we just purchased. She spent time educating us on different things related to offers and mortgages and home ownership costs we didn’t think of. Cindy kept us updated at every step of the way, and she really listened to us and went to bat for us always.

There is no question in my mind I am using Cindy in the future and recommending her to all of our friends and family in the Valley!
