I have to say thank you to Steven. He was courteous and polite. Extremely knowledgeable and his estimates were reasonable and most importantly, accurate. An absolute blast to work with, by the way. I would have to say I'd recommend him by name.
He sent Wade to my home to take care of a couple of routine services and a clogged up drain. The technician, Wade, was excellent to work with. Efficient and very friendly. In and out, and left no mess behind. Thank you Ground Zero for a pleasant experience. Looking forward to working with you folks again.

Great experience using Ground Zero for an A/C replacement. Mike was excellent from the start giving us an assesment and quote for multiple options for a new unit. He was knowledgeable and very responsive on any questions or concerns we had. Once we decided on the unit they were quick to get us setup with an install. Frank and Ryan were great with getting the unit swapped out and had us back up running in no time. Very professional, knowledgeable and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to use their services.

What a pleasure it was dealing with Mike C, Frankie and the other guys at Ground Zero. Ground Zero was one of many estimates I got to replace my two 20+ year old AC units over the past several months. Mike C came over on Wednesday to update the estimate and talk through options and my new units were installed and operating by Friday evening. Frankie and his crew were professional, courteous and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and it was as if they were never here! Absolutely would not hesitate to use Ground Zero for any future needs and will recommend to friends and family as well! Job well done.

We had a laundry room water valve break and water was spraying everywhere. I got the main valve shut off and called Ground Zero for help. A technician was at my house within an hour and right behind him was a cleanup/restoration crew. They solved the problem and we were back in business right away. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful! I really appreciate the quick response to our emergency!

Second time using Ground Zero Plumbing. Brian, an A/C tech came out today and installed a compressor hard start unit on each of our A/C units. Brian ran the tests and informed me that the units were well with safe parameters but I decided to install the starter assists just to extend the life of the compressors. He installed the units for half the price I was quoted by another company. He was thorough and pleasant which I greatly appreciated!

Matt was very thorough with his inspection. He then gave us options and was not pushy at all. He will be invited back.
