  We are an older couple with a flip phone. Grandfathered in on a very old pre-paid mins. contract. Where as, if we keep buying mins. before the year's contract runs out, it extends the contract another year. It's a bit of a pain, for us, and for the employees. But put simply, that is our contract and it's perfect for us. This time we re-upped with a lady named Taylor at the service desk. She was professional, friendly, and very, very helpful. It was very much appreciated by these "old fogies." TAYLOR....THANK YOU!

  Mr. RIC HIDALGO was awesome. He explained everything to us. He was very patient and helpful. He work above and beyond. I highly recommend Mr. Hidalgo to everyone.

  Amazing service at this location from Trent and Jacob! I came towards closing and they were both so patient and helpful! They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help educate me on the areas I struggled to understand. I felt very welcomed and cared for as a customer. I highly recommend seeing these two for any concerns you have!

  My wife and I have been shopping around for a new phone this holiday season. We tried a few different T-moble stores near us, that unfortunately did not carry the phone we were looking for. That is until we walked into this store. We were greeted by David, and his help went above and beyond I'm sure of what is expected. He found the phone we were looking for and made sure that we got the best deal available. I will definitely be returning to this location for future assistance. The help was fast, and honest. I highly recommend this store and most of all David.

  This particular location is the best I've experienced. I was immediately greeted by David and Matthew and they were both very knowledgeable, provided different options and demonstrated superior customer service to both my wife and I. They answered all our questions and were always willing to go above and beyond.
