Tide Cleaners

This was our first time using Tide cleaners & we were pleasantly surprised! The clothes looked great & were done in only 1 day! We will be coming back! Thank you so much!

Tide cleaners does a pretty good job. I have been taking my clothes there for a few years now and have always been pretty happy. The staff is always friendly and helpful, well at least most of the time, and the turn around on the cloths is very fast. I live the drop off service! Fast and convenient. One criticism. Several times I received my shirts back pressed weird. Not every shirt, just a few of them and it’s not every time. Meaning, I get the shirts back and some of them will have the shirt collar pressed crooked, or with a huge wrinkle in it. Or there will be a huge wrinkle right down the front of the shirt. It looks like whom ever pressed the shirt, loaded it in the machine and didn’t make sure the shirt was perfectly flat or the seams were lined up straight before they pulled the top of the press down. Resulting in the shirt being pressed crooked or “weird”. I have told them about it a few times and it seams to get better for a while and then I’ll start to see it again. That May seem like a minor issue, and I acknowledge that it probably is, but I don’t always have time in the morning to pull out the iron and fix it. It won’t stop me from taking my cloths here because the positives outweigh this small issue

I rarely dry clean anything so I am not sure how the price compares. I love the way this store smells. They did a decent job. There were a couple of spots of white powdery stuff on the black suit, but it easily wiped off with a wet paper towel. I loved that they had it done in 24 hours and I received a text and an email when it was finished. I feel badly people had a bad experience. I thought the staff members were super friendly.
