Words cannot describe how amazing Trine is. I found Trine 2 weeks post partum with my baby girl after seeing THREE different Lactation consultants of which all kept reciting the same thing to try and get baby to latch. I was ready to give up on BF altogether when I booked a virtual session with Trine. Not only did she accommodate and answer all my questions but she provided a thorough care plan for feeding my baby that included detailed steps I could take and so many resources.
But most importantly Trine gave me hope. Hope that I would be able to provide my child with my milk as I always dreamed. One week later I achieved my goal and have been feeding my baby exclusively BM since thanks to Trine; her expertise, encouragement, and amazing attitude. Not to mention the super quick response to any and all my ridiculous BF questions. Cannot thank her enough!
Trine is a lifesaver! I was not able to breastfeed for long with my first, so when I became pregnant with my second child I knew I would probably encounter the same struggles. I discovered Trine through two friends who highly recommended her. Within 10 days of my daughter’s birth I had a visit with her. Her office is warm and inviting and Trine is so relatable and puts your very exhausted mind at ease. She showed me so many techniques that I was able to use at home with my daughter, and she gave me confidence that I could breastfeed for as long as I wanted to! Fast forward nearly 11 months and I found myself reaching out to Trine for help with some horrible recurrent plugged ducts. She responded right away with some helpful videos and tutorials. They worked like a charm and I am so grateful to her! She treats her clients like friends. I will and have recommended Trine to all my friends having babies! She is truly amazing and so kind!! I am still proudly breastfeeding at almost 11 months thanks to her help! I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to make it as long as I have. I’m so thankful for her!
Trine is great! She is very kind and helpful, has great knowledge, and tips. Best medical appointment I’ve ever had, wish more Dr’s were like her! I should have seen her sooner after delivery! Instead of 6 weeks PP.
We were so thankful the day we met Trine! I was overwhelmed with some issues I was having with pumps and breastfeeding etc. Trine saw my frustrations and immediately put my worries to ease. She first suggested a different pump. I’m such a creature of habit I was nervous! It worked I received more milk within days! Then I scheduled an appointment and met with her. She was so comfortable and understanding. Not only the babies needs but mine as well. I felt like I could continue breastfeeding without the worry and stressors I was currently having. She also discovered I was using a flange size WAY to big which in tern was causing some breast issues such as mastitis, three times. We are so thankful to have her in our lives. This will be a life long friendship.
Trine was so incredibly helpful - she went above and beyond for me when I was struggling with a lot of pain and having a hard time pumping with my new baby. I would highly recommend her to everyone who *thinks* they know what they’re doing when it comes to breastfeeding and pumping. She taught me so much more than any of the lactation consultants at the hospital. I can’t believe how much I learned from her.

It is so… refreshing. I am not necessarily advocating the free breast-baring, which certainly is not for everyone and at times probably not all that Yet each and every time I see one of these women doing what is best for her baby, no matter what the effort and cost to her plans, her schedule and her...
for a newborn, the first thing is to make sure the baby is sucking on the breast at least every 2-4 hours. if it has been more than 4 hours, wake the baby up and get him to feed. the sucking stimulation of the breast sends messages to the brain and hormones are released to produce more milk...
Cai loves food packed with flavor. This recipe uses no salt but the leeks and root vegetables give the chicken a savory, succulent kick. When served pureed with the root vegetables and rice, he devours it as if it's doused in honey. Active cooking time: 30 min. Total cooking time: 1 hour. Don't cook twice.
