StorQuest Express Self Service Storage

They came in so handy when moving my family here. They had booked at another storage facility but the facility failed to mention that they could not access it after 10 pm which was an issue when arriving to your location after driving all night and arriving late due to an accident that had them sitting at the side of the road. StorQuest was able to get us in immediately at 2 in the morning, NO ISSUES.

The manager Victoria went (and still does) above and beyond with ensuring my move in went smoothly, which it did. She is very respectful, friendly, and I learned a lot from her about various different topics.

Also, securing a storage shed on their website was very easy and the woman (I forget her name) who helped me over the phone fill out the paperwork did a great job.

The location is great and the facility is as well (lots of security). Highly recommended storing with StorQuest in Gilbert on Val Vista and any location for that matter.

Customer service is key to a great company..StoreQuest has it down! From the first phone call all throughout the sale it was an absolute pleasant experience! Also, very easy to use self service and 24hr customer service did I mention that!! Definitely recommend using this company!

Absolutely loved the customer service. Vicky, the manager, is totally on top of things. Is as if she is a family member looking after your things while you are gone for all purposes. She’s extremely helpful and professional, I live out of state and she made life with my storage easy for me. Greatly appreciated it! She even found me a great moving company to use! The facility is clean and conveniently located. You can’t go wrong here.

I love this place! It's extremely clean and temperature controlled so I know all of my stuff will be safe and also not get gross while it's in there. That is most important for me!! Also, I have loved the management. Never had any kind of problems, and the times I have had communication with them they have always been very cool and nice. Would definitely recommend!!!!
