(March 7, 2019, 10:08 pm)I’m 55 and have worked out lifting weights most of my life. I did not know what to expect going to a gym that claims to not be a “GYM”. I was very pleasantly surprised at how awesome this gym is. It does not have a lot of the traditional equipment I’m used to but has a really good selection of weights.
Sometimes all the step machine are being used so I don’t get to my cardio. So if you like using a Stair Master this gym is not for you.
The staff has always been great! -

(May 1, 2018, 12:51 pm)Brand new gym, with brand new equipment. The concept is focused on first-time gym members or friendly gym enthusiasts. It's not an environment built for body builders as all the signs and messages are focused on inclusion and not feeling pushed to be a "lunk". Bathrooms are impeccable, relax area is really comfortable and built to disconnect yourself from the world. It includes a stretching area and a PF360 area. There's plenty of free weights and equipment, so there's no waiting time so far (it's a new gym to be fair). Lockers need a lock (duh!) that has to be brought by the owner (they sell them at front desk, $7). Membership is $10 monthly for all equipment and weights. Premium membership is $22 and includes access to relaxation area where there are hydromassage chairs and TVs.
