“I haven’t seen Dr. Erskine for a couple years after moving to Glendale. Despite the lapse, after cracking a tooth they got me in the same day, 3 hours after calling for an appointment. While making my crown on the spot after using a super cool 3-D imaging device (no sloppy gooey impressions), he pointed out the need to replace an old crown that had decay under it. Again, made in house while you wait. The old crown just happened to be directly opposite the new one on the bottom. Knowing the train wreck my teeth are, and the fact I’m only able to chew on the one side, he astutely pointed this out potentially saving me another two hour round trip and issues as Thanksgiving rapidly approaches. He and his staff went out of their way to remedy all of this, including a cleaning, in the one visit. Took over 4 hours, but is a testament to the dedication, professionalism and caring attitude he genuinely has for his patients. Most importantly, he has a keen thorough attention to detail which is reflected in the final result. For the record, it is the rare occasion that I take the time to post a review. But Dr. Erskine went so far above and beyond to get it done and done right, knowingly sparing me another two hour round trip, that for him exceptions are to be made. For these reasons he earned and deserves to be recognized for his efforts. Truly an exceptional person. A great chairside manner and a terrific sense of humor made the experience as comfortable as can be. My only issue is trying to convince him to open a second office in the west valley. Any help from fellow patients is appreciated. I’ve been to my fair share of dentists over the years, and Dr. Erskine absolutely ranks at the top. Having said all that, I cannot recommend Gateway Dental, and Dr. Erskine in particular, highly enough. Arguably the best in the valley.”

There was more than 1 option and they didn't push what they wanted to do, they let me choose. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a regular dentist or needs to get an emergency handled. They are all friendly from the appointment set to the time you leave everyone is exceptionally kind and considerate. Even with the mask thing waiting in my car for my turn etc... they made it reasonable and less awkward than I thought it would be.
