When I stopped by to pick up the items, they were ready to go and correct. It was easy. I did see some great deals and ended up doing some additional Christmas shopping. The staff was great. One kid was about the size of my son, and was able to give me good advice on sizing for certain items. They worked out great. The lines were quick, even though they were crowded. He's always careful to call ahead, making sure our dogs are put away while he works. He asks what, if anything, he should be aware of that might be new that he needs to treat for.
