I called them back and they said they were busy so I asked for my money back. The manager came out then and asked what the problem was. I told him and he personally made my order over and gave me my money back. The third time was the charm. I wish it didn't come to that but I was happy to have my food prepared correctly. “This was a very good family owned company to work with when we decided to order our in-ground trampoline. We already had Green Forever ready to do some work in our back yard and I was able to find this local dealer for the internet's best in-ground trampoline. It was pretty easy to put together after the workers dug the hole perfectly as shown in the instructions. The owner, Tyler even helped me troubleshoot a few things and issues I had via text. He even brought the tools he needed to do a thorough cleanup of the place - there wasn't a spec of sawdust anywhere! He even hooked my RO up to my fridge with no issues.
