I have only had good experiences from opening the account, obtaining and getting a PPP loan forgiven, technical issues, and customer service. I tell my friends and family they should come to BNC Bank because it's old school banking, the way it should be everywhere.

(May 21, 2020, 7:50 pm)I'm not a member, but I wanted to take a moment and share a positive experience I had with BNC National Bank, they were on a list of local banks that are helping Arizona based small businesses apply for the PPP loan and went out of their way to help me even though I'm not a member. Their branch is across town otherwise I would consider it, but any business that goes out of their way to help others without looking for anything in return is a great characteristic to have for a bank! Thanks Scott and Will!
