Meeting with Sarah was a very great experience! She made the hour long assessment feel like a weeks worth of meetings at a regular PT. Sarah took the time to gain as much knowledge about my shoulder pain as possible before we started. After the background part she ran me through some stretches and used her access to all the surrounding facilities to form check my lifting techniques. Sarah then performed many tests to locate the problem. Once she located the issue she stretched, massaged, cupped and stretched again. She also sent me home with a list of at-home stretches and warm-ups to complete!
