MazzCore Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching

I started training with MazzCore because of remaining body dysmorphia and so I can train to have the healthiest version of myself mentally and physically. He has helped me grow confidence in working out through exercises that he’s given me. He also has made me realize I’m a lot stronger than I thought.

I met Christopher Mazzella 8 years ago when he was teaching a Fit Bootie Boot Camp in Phoenix. I was nervous and kind of scared, but even from the first workout, he was comforting and encouraging.

The first workout was intense but doable, and it turned out to be much more fun than I expected.

I never really liked working out in the past, but this was different. His positive energy, supporting words and encouragement helped me stay motivated and focused. That made it so easy to stick to the program and actually WANT TO COME.

His dedication to his clients and passion to help others is something special.

After the first week, I was hooked. Shortly after, I realized I needed to get my nutrition optimal to get the best results possible. I signed up for his 12 Week Transformation Program and I am so glad I did...
**I got into the greatest shape ever in my life as I lost 6 inches on my butt, 23 lbs of fat while gaining 6 lbs of muscle. A total of 25 inches overall!
