  My son has gone to this office since he was 3 years old. (Now 16 years old.) The dentists and employees both made it a great experience for him. When my son was younger and scared of procedures, everyone there showed patience. As he got older, the dentist informed him of how to take care of his teeth in an age appropriate way so my child understood and followed directions. The dentist and employees are very gentle when working on your child. The atmosphere is also perfect for children. I asked my son what he would rate Kidzaam. We both rate Kidzaam 5 stars.

  I changed my Review from 3 starts to 5. This is because the front desk ladies are much more friendly! They still don't let u back with the kids when they get work done even if the kids are scared but this may be regular practice at most dentist​ offices. Free games for the kids and a small area for movies. Very cute. The kids even get their own small door.

  My sons have been going there for 6 years now and we love them! The staff is so nice, knowledgeable, and they seem to really care about the patients. The dentist is awesome, he has walked my kids through a lot and has taken care of them. Where they were once terrified, they now enjoy. If he worked with adults, I would pick him as my dentist. Great job Kidzaam

  I have been taking my 3 children here for several years now, and we absolutely love Kidzaam!! the Dentist and nurses always do such a great job at making my babies feel comfortable and they always make them feel excited about taking care of their teeth :)
  
  I just switched insurance companies and the first thing I made sure of, was that my kids can keep coming to Kidzaam! Thank you for making my kids love taking care of their teeth

  I've been here since my son was born in 2012. They allow parents to be there, only at times such as infancy, they suggest that we wait outside so the child might be more calm without trying to get our attention or see any concern on our faces (less tension and people in the room, less stressed the child could be), but welcomed us if we think the child is more calm with us around or are concerned we were allowed to stay in the room.
  
  My kids always loved passing by the fountain to go to the office as well as using the kid door. They enjoy playing in the waiting room with the colorful decorations, arcade, and movie room. One time they insisted to be ready to see the dentist and ignored the play time they could have in the waiting room which they love. The doctors are quick and goofy, and do not force the kids to do anything if the child really struggles or is upset in order to let the kids gain trust with the dentist until they feel more comfortable with the idea that the dentist will be gentle.
  
  They also help with figure out a way to work with you on appointments, bills, and insurance. They even give you reminders via e-mail and phone to confirm your appointment if you allow/request them to when filling out the form as a new patient. They were very helpful whenever I lose the schedule on my calendar or appointment card. The dental nurses are professional and know how to talk with the children. They are on top of things with gifts for the children and preparing the child as well as the instruments for the dentist and next patient quickly.
  
  There is one nurse however who at the beginning was very kind to my son and been there since I joined, but as years go by it seems that she is not as cheerful as she was. Perhaps she has been overworking so she might come off as rude with her facial gesture but has not used any tone when talking to me or my children to make me think otherwise.
  
  I really love this place and referred it to my family.
