Hungry Howie's Pizza

Always good BUT don't ever try to order over the phone. We had a credit on our account for some free meals, that the manager of the store told us to call the next time, give our number, and they would repeat the order. First time I called, Benjamin tried transferring us, and the line disconnected. Called back and spoke with Adam. I explained our situation to him, and he just said "Okay, so what do you want to order?" I explain in further detail, and again... "okay, so what did you want to order?" This went on 3 or 4 times before I just gave up and drove to the store instead. Just a really stupid and unfortunate situation, and way more work than it should be for good, affordable pizza.

The customer service in this store was excellent. I could tell he wasn't having a good night but he greeted me with a smile and gave me my order. Then I asked him about their new pumpkin bread and told him I would like to order some he put my order in the warmer while I waited for the bread to get done. Very nice of him.

The pizza itself is amazing.
PHONE ORDERING SUCKS.

July 6th at 830pm.
The man running the store was fast and efficient, great attitude.
Another customer arrived at the same time, we were both out the door within 3 minutes.
Guy knows his restaurant, and the pizzas amazing.

The telephone ordering process sucked.
This single pizza, half veggie half double pepperoni - was repeated 6 times. I said it twice. He said it 4 times. I had to verbally say Yes that's correct 5 times.

Next time I'll be ordering online.
