  There's so much to consider when buying and selling a home... it can be overwhelming. And, in the fast-market we are in, when you see a home you like, you want to move quickly and you rely on the professional advice of your realtor to offer enough that the seller will entertain your offer, but not more than what you should pay. Nancy does her homework. She's interested in being fair. No matter when we would call and request to see a property, she made it happen. She listened to what we wanted and was patient until we found our new home. Then, when we were ready to sell our old home, she ran interference with a difficult to work with buyer/buyer's agent We are happy she was on our team. We will certainly recommend her without hesitation!

  From day one Nancy has become not only a real estate agent but my friend. She has been there above and beyond in every aspect of buying and selling. Her great service when I 1st purchased a house naturally drew me to her when it came time to sell. Through every trial and turn, she was there to hold my hand and guide me through all of the obstacles and what ifs. I know some of the stuff she did was not in her job description. Nancy always answered every question, even the stupid ones at any time of the day or night. I don't think she is ever off the clock. She is not only honest and good hearted she knows her market and listens to you to find the perfect fit. So if you are intrested in a move to the West Valley Nancy Lara is definitely your professional. I will continue to use her services for many years to come whenever I need her and I hope you do as well.

  Nancy was very fast in responding when we were looking for a realtor. She showed us several homes and was very patient. When the house we finally bought first came on the market, Nancy immediately answered my phone call and quickly arranged for a viewing that same afternoon and prepared our offer  letter within 3 hours of us saying we wanted to move ahead. We feel sure we would not have got the house if it wasn't for her speedy response. She is also very knowledgeable about the process, the market, etc. Also, she has a very pleasant demeanor which makes it easy to deal with her. She understood what we were looking for and when we were undecided about which location, she helped us out with advise. She was with us every step of the way and made the whole experience painless. We would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a true professional and has great positive approach.

  Nancy Lara has been extremely helpful & knowledgeable in helping us purchase our new home. Nancy is very familiar with the areas that we were looking to buy. She’s a very honest person and did make suggestions which we took into consideration when it came to narrowing down the communities of interest. She did all the research based on our preferences and provided us with the info needed. She returns phone calls and messages in a very timely manner. Nancy takes into consideration the areas we want to live in as well as preferred options in our home. She helped us find the perfect home for us! She’s very patient, kind and personable! I highly recommend her and give her an A+!!
