Rob helped us sell our home in a buyer’s market and he made sure we received fair market value. Buyer’s are picky and expect more for their money during these market conditions. Rob was always available to meet prospective buyers and their agents when they toured our home to collect feedback during the selling process. He made sure to follow up with all the agents after the showing. This was necessary to look for buyers concerns and if needed come up with any solutions that may eliminate them from the next round of buyers. Rob also helped us screen through the homes for sale in order to pick the next right new home for us. Rob is very dedicated to the real estate business. His knowledge of the business and the Phoenix area is top notch. He goes out of his way to satisfy his customers, here is one example. Rob went to my property on a Saturday when a smoke alarm had gone off do to a low battery. It was a vaulted  ceiling he took the smoke alarm down and replaced the battery as I was unavailable to get to the property quickly. He is very good at explaining/discussing issues that arise and potential fixes. This was the second property Rob has sold for me on the last 4 years.
