We had rats in our attic and we occasionally saw roaches/ants. Ranger did a thorough check for where the rats were getting in, closed all of those entrances, and they left 10 traps; plus they sprayed for insects. Reasonably priced, did the work on time, and 4 weeks later we haven't heard rats or seen other pests.
I am a new customer with this service and I have had nothing but excellent customer service from them. Our designated exterminator and he is always punctual and responsive. He even waited for me one day because I got delayed coming home and was late for our appointment. He called me up and said not to worry, he'll be waiting. He did a thorough job to service my home.
