  Had an awesome experience buying my truck through them, John the owner was courteous polite and worked with my out-of-town credit union to get me a great deal on my truck, it was at least two or $3000 less than similar trucks with fewer options, I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends and I will be coming back when I purchase another vehicle. Thanks again John!

  I would like to repeat the same statements made by a couple of other customers. John, Jim (James), and Shawn (their mechanic) were able to overcome a check engine light that kept coming on for the transmission. Come to find out that it was at a dealership that supposedly fixed it. John ordered the part and then even went so far as to fix the blend door issue for the climate control for our inconvenience. They had done this with little haggling and no cost to us. I would shop here again.
  
  For anyone in the market for a used car or truck, I would always recommend having all used (not just from this dealership) vehicles checked. I did this as well to confirm the engine code. It just makes common sense and thus we do not hold anything against Right Auto & Truck Sales and did not remove any stars for the inconvenience as we were more than compensated at this time.

  It's easy to give great customer service when everything goes right, but true customer service shines through when problems occur. I helped my son buy a car and the check engine light came in the next day. We purchased the car with a strict "as is" clause, but that didn't stop John and the team from ensuring that we were well taken care of. John bought my son ounch while he waited for the car to be fixed and sent him on his way. That fix ended up not working and upon further investigation it needed a different part. They ordered the part directly from the manufacturer, called when it was in and installed it at no additional charge. John, James and Charlie were fantastic through the whole process, all while dealing with a doting mother. Thanks guys! I appreciate all you did and am glad I found a trustworthy dealer to work with in the future.

  I would definitely recommend the guys at Right Auto and Truck Sales. Jim helped me with the purchase of my Dodge truck. I also worked with Charlie and the owner John and everybody was fantastic. If you are looking to buy a vehicle and not deal with all the nonsense that comes in the used car industry then contact these guys. Right when I bought the truck there was also an issue with it that they helped me out and took care of it. I don't believe most companies would have done it so I am definitely a fan.

  I was getting beyond stressed out shopping for a car due to car salesmen trying to get me into a vehicle that wouldn't fit my needs. I ran down and checked out a 2014 Nissan Rogue Select that they had. Immediately I could tell Charlie wasn't trying to push me into a car. I test drove the car and loved it. I ended up having to come back, Charlie and Jim were so awesome that they set the car aside for me and had it cleaned! They not only had a great deal on my car but they also have great business ethics! I work in sales for a living and nothing is more annoying than a car salesman!
  When I came back with my husband to buy the car they topped it off for me. My husband (who is hard to impress) was very impressed with these guys!
  
  I definitely will be coming back in the future to buy another vehicle when I'm due. Thank you so much Charlie & Jim!
