  Excellent service. Honest. On time. I am new to So Cal and needed tires for my Camry. I took a chance on this shop. It was the best decision I could have made. Staff is friendly and helpful. My appointment time was honored. Tires were installed a reasonable time. I also appreciated staff's honest and fair treatment. I was not pressured into buying a service I did not need or want. Special thanks to Daniel and Hugo for securing a particular set of Pirelli tires and expertly installing them. I definitely recommend this shop!

  I have to say I was minutes away from buying tires online (again), but Big O tires showed me the way. I've purchased tires online before from several sites and my experience was mixed. The last time I ordered tires the prices were OK, but it took several weeks to get my tires in two separate shipments from the east coast. Another problem was they had to be delivered to my place and one of the tires was, oddly enough, covered with gnats. If that wasn't bad enough, I had to store the tires in my apartment and eventually haul them in my car (they barely fit) and find a shop to install them. What a pain.
  This time around I decided to shop Local and Big O tires was there. They have a really good selection of tires. From famous brands to brands Ive never heard of before. The prices were really good too. And if they dont have your size, they'll quickly get then for you. In terms of customer service, Daniel was the man! Very knowledgeable and entertaining. That dude has stories.
  So yes check out Big O Tires.

  At 8am I made my appointment on line for 10am they called me at 9am said that they were book all day, he said if I come in i would have to wait I ask if I could just drop my car off he said absolutely.. Ok I get there just before 10am and yes it was busy, as soon as I walk in Daniel Esteves said with a big smile "welcome miss Ill be right with you" 1 min went by and he said "how may I help you"... such a supper nice guy... I thought for sure my car would be done around 5 but no Daniel called me before one said that my car was ready... Excellent customer service.. When I came in to pick up my car he was helping a lady and she seemed upset about her car and the cost she seemed confused..he took the time to explain everything to her to where she could understand she left feeling better and relieved... Good job Daniel 👍👍

  Super friendly staff. Brought my car in for loud brakes, was taken care of promptly, no hassle warranty work performed. Probably the best experience I’ve had at any vehicle repair shop. Thanks guys!

  Secret get away, great chicken basket meals , the 2 for $4 is a good deal . Always a great time to be had here. Staff is always nice.
