  It was the first time I took my dog to get a haircut there. The staff is very friendly, but I was disappointed with the results. It is not terrible, but for the price I expected more.
  
  Update:very surprised to receive a very quick response from the lead stylist Amanda and the offer to fix the issue. For that I will upgrade my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Very impressed with the customer service

  Thank you for always giving us the best of care over the past 15+ years. Your staff has always been genuine and caring for not only our animals but for us as well. We would like to recognize Your grooming technician Amanda and ask that you do the same. Her bedside manner and attention to detail is over the top Awesome!! Thank you ALL for being there for us.   Yesterday I went into this pet hospital. I've never in my life have experienced such help, kindness and appreciation. I had my dog for 17 years, he was a diabetic and had other health issues. He got really sick but the vet did all the testing that was possible and made sure we knew exactly what we were looking at and facing. Unfortunately my baby did not make it but they tried their hardest and made his transition the most comfortable. They were with me from beginning to the end and I swear I've never seen a pet hospital treat you and your pet like family.they treated me and my baby like family they really cared. And I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a great veterinarian thank you to all who helped raja and were there words cant possibly describe how wonderful you guys were and how hard you worked to help him. I will be taking my other 2 pets there for regular visits now.

  Pros: The girls here are awesome, and treat our cat Snowy like family! They all love on him, and make him feel super comfortable. He loves all the attention. All the vets he has seen have been great, and we love that they offer payment plan options, as well. Cons: The pricing on some treatments can be a bit higher compared to others in the area, and he doesn’t love getting groomed, but what cat does?

  This place is great! We called Saturday morning at 8 am and had an appointment by 10:15. We inherited a new dog that needed all his shots, exam and nails trimmed. Staff was very friendly and compassionate. The Vet (Dr. Chelsea Randall) was very attentive and actually got down on the floor with my dog for the exam. We were out of there in about an hour. Great experience! We'll be back.
