I used ITC many years ago for quite some time. We were very happy with the quality of service we received, so much so that once we came back from Kansas we returned to utilizing their office almost immediately. The staff is very caring and understands needs of the family and the child. I highly recommend.

I've been with ITC west for a little over 2 years, and it has been such an amazing experience. I'm involved with them as an employee as well as a client, my nephew receives services from ITC.I've worked with several other caregiving companies throughout the valley and ITC has been the most professional and accommodating company in all. Clients as well as employees are very happy with them .

So wanted to share somethings about ITC ME and my family appreciate as caregivers and ADH PROVIDERS finding a great DTA or day program that is safe, friendly, and always dependable it is amazing to have a facility that I can bring my clients to and me be at ease knowing they are cared for safely. With many DTA’s that have either closed down or other issues m so thankful ITC has not... The staff is always friendly and whenever I have a concern they fix the issue right away. Whenever I have state meetings they are on top of it n even contact me to confirm the time which in turn helps me to remember... the staff is always smiling and genuinely care about each member! Definitely recommend ITC to any family who needs a DTA for their clients or family members.. hope this helps anyone..

ITC had been a great place for my son with special needs. I never imagined that he can stay at a DTT program more than a couple months but, at ITC it’s now been a few years for him. They are caring, professional, and supportive. For that reason I also decided to work for my son during the pandemic as an employee at ITC and my experience has been wonderful! I highly recommend ITC for providers and for parents looking for a safe place to send their kids. ITC will take care concerns of any sort serious and will work things out in a timely manner.
