Bella Vita Health and Rehabilitation Center

Dear people of google (the ppl who review) . I have worked for BV for 9 years coming up this coming up April. I know personally how everything is.You get comfortable at a workplace and fret about leaving and wondering if I am doing the right thing . Well I was a housekeeper and laundry aide for the first seven and half. I learned how to respect this residents individually with humanlity and respect and dignity. They ALL deserve. I put my emotions on at work and my brace smile and keep with grace (most days). I am now a CNA and will continue on in this medical field one way or another. Everyone deserves respect because one day and we have or will need some kind of assistance. Bella Vita has been through a lot of critical criticism but I will be honest. I know we can do better and are doing helluva lot better. They gave me me branches to my tree and nutrition when I was hungry for growth. And the sun still shines here. Yes we need improvement but your concerns are being heard and are working for a better future of better care. We will move forward and stay open to encouragement and discouragement . A family member of ours stayed at Bella Vita while recuperating from a major surgery. The facility was always clean, the staff were kind, thoughtful and very helpful when we asked questions, or needed their assistance. We are grateful for the way our family member was treated, and would definitely use their facility again if the need ever arises.

I recently had a 9 day stay at Bella Vita. I received excellent care. I went there for physical therapy. Their PT team was top notch. I improved faster than expected I feel due to the therapy. The staff saw to my needs. I feel they could use more staff. Dietary accommodated my needs. I eat lactose or dairy free. I also eat gluten free. There are a lot of people who don't eat gluten. They should offer some gluten free choices on their menu. I thought the food was good. I would go there again if I needed to.
