(October 10, 2019, 7:35 pm)Took a look at this place and had a great experience touring the property with one of the friendly staffs. Looks like it’s nicely and newly renovated. Was on top of my list of considerations, but I ended up having to transfer out of state. If I ever transfer back I would make this my first choice to look at again. Nice clean small community with a very nice pool area. Close to Glendale Community college, restaurants and grocery.

(February 9, 2018, 11:25 am)As to Al Harbisons reviews its entirely fabricated , he was staying with me and it was on him, its very peaceful and its clean i hardly hear music so what, everyone has a difference in taste in music, I have a two bedroom and i love it there is plenty of room, some people are on the way to being a hoarder. (January 1, 2018, 12:39 pm)I'm not sure what part of this complex people that are complaining live in but I live right by the pool and have been for 2 years and my car has NEVER been broken into and nor have I ever been robbed. My kids are 6 & 2 and they play outside with no worries. Yes u may have some loud music being played from time to time but this is not a seniors living spot. The rent here is not much and it may not look all new on tge outside but the inside of the apartments are nice and spacious. The staff is cool and the maintenance do their job well. If u would like silence and many more accommodation you might want to try a more expensive place to live. Overall I enjoy my neighbors and their kids maybe I'm just in a good part of the complex ????????????????
