  We are very grateful that the hospital case manager connected us with Anca who spent her time in guiding my family and I regarding my sister. Anca worked tirelessly on a Saturday and found a perfect place that is contracted with UHC ALTCS within 45 minutes after meeting with Anca at the hospital. I simply cannot thank Anca enough for providing me with such diligence in this process, as we were faced with having to move my sister from another care home. Anca coordinated all of the details of the move from the hospital, with the case manager and care home manager, and was in constant communication with me. Anca has continued to check in with us after the move to ensure that everything was going smoothly.

  I've known Denisa for a year and a half now and I don't think I've ever met a more dedicated individual to her clients that she places. She will make her self available somehow for your family. I highly recommend Denisa for placement options!

  Most of us have no clue where to look when our parents can no longer live by themselves. There is so much information and opinions. We truly need the dedication of a local expert who can help swim through the noise to zero in the options that fit our specific needs.
