  Matt at Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa provides excellent service and an outstanding massage experience. He was able to perform the exact massage I needed and although it was deep tissue, it was so relaxing I fell asleep several times. The front desk staff were very sweet and accommodating. I not only made my next appointment, but signed up for the outstanding value package offered! Looking forward to my next appointment.

  Got my first hot stone massage on Friday. Very, very nice and relaxing. The therapist holds onto the stone, which is smooth and about the size of a bar of soap, and as he massaged me, he exposed the stone to my skin. The heated stone is used to relax and lengthen your muscles. Afterward you are left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. Massage is a key in ending the last week and starting off the new one.

  The esthetician listened to what I had to say, explained everything she did during my facial, and was cheerful, but her quiet comments didn't stop me from nearly falling asleep! It was clear she enjoys her work! I felt like an important client. The front desk gals were quiet, friendly, and not pushy with sales. The atmosphere is typical spa with lighting and music, but (sometimes) untypically, this spa is very clean. And the hours of operation are extremely accommodating!

  I’ve had 5+ massages with Matt, and he’s fabulous. Matt provides excellent deep-tissue massages and truly understands anatomy and how to target specific problem areas. The massages are therapeutic while also being relaxing. Front desk staff have always been pleasant, and the are facility is clean. I make at least 1 trip here every time I’m in Phoenix!
