My sales associate name was Heather. She was absolutely fabulous. Listen to what I was wanting, understood and had great knowledge of the different styles of Tempur-Pedic mattresses. No sales pressure at all.
Would highly recommend her to steer a prospective buyer to the right mattress for them.

Moved to Phoenix and needed a chord to operate my bed. Gregory at Glendale was very welcoming, assuring availability of mask and hand sanitizer. When Gregory heard my story he treated me like royalty; reviewed the manual; showed me the location of electrical connections and then sent an electronic copy of the bed connection. After serving and directing hospitality associates for 40 plus years, I was totally impressed with Gregory’s professionalism. Cheers

My daughter and I thank Jim for allowing us to come in for a private appointment to decide what beds we wanted and needed! I was impressed by the demonstration of the moving bed! Also the sheets with the cross bands! I though I would use regular sheets on my new bed but saw the definite reason to get the sheets now! So far I am very pleased with what we bought and look forward to sleeping a good nights rest!

Greg was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We bought our first Tempurpedic mattress over ten years ago and wouldn’t buy anything else. When the Pro Breeze came out, we knew that’s what we wanted. We were able to take advantage of the President’s day sale and buy two pillows as well. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for a great product and a staff that is very helpful.
