(July 16, 2019, 1:31 pm)I was in so much pain last night and went to this dignity health location and all the ladies where so nice and understanding. The male doctor that was working was helpful as well. The whole staff had great customer service I definitely recommend this location to anyone.

(July 7, 2019, 3:15 pm)I was doing business in Phoenix and developed an eye infection. I went to this emergency late afternoon. The staff were great! I would highly recommend this emergency room. Clean and helpful and offer good care.

(December 31, 2018, 5:32 pm)I took two of my grandsons to this facility on separate occassions but only two days a part. The first grandson whom went was very ill. The nurse immediately noticed this and spoke to the physician right away. They did not overly keep him for too long. They did however make sure before discharge that he was "better" than when he was brought in. I was just as pleased with the care and attention of my other grandson. He did not require quite as much as his brother, but he too left better than before arriving. We will use this facility again if the need arises.
When I need to take my grandchildren to an urgent Care facility, this is the only one I will consider. They actually have a ER section as well, of course there are times they may need to transfer/transport anyone they cannot meet their medical needs. However, they are able to deal with more medically then most urgent care facilities.
