  Moved here in May from Texas and have to say this is a great place for adding cards to a collection fair prices and great atmosphere. The customer service is the best I seen so far in Arizona.

  Highly disappointed. My 7 year old son made a verbal arrangement with a staff member about trading cards. A week later, we brought in the cards, and they apologized for "miscommunication" on their part, only to send my son in tears because "adults" lied and cheated him out of a deal they had made, and wouldn't stand up for their word. From my perspective, it's simply disappointing from an ethical and business perspective. However, it was devastating to my son and seeing the sheer loss of being lied to on his face...as a parent, I felt helpless, only able to console him. I don't know if this business normally practices and conducts business this way to little children. However, from what I've seen, is highly disappointing and discouraging.
  
  UPDATE: Shared emails with Greg. Stopped by the store with my son on a Saturday. Greg apologized for whole situation. After working with my son, my son was blown away by Greg, and re-instilled confidence back to my son. Thank you Greg for turning this around and promoting a positive experience for my son.

  This is a very friendly and very helpful place to go to if you're trying to get trading cards. It can be very busy, but this place is the best sports cards place in this part of the Phoenix metro area and the competition isn't even close to as good. You can find some great values here and I would highly recommend this place.

  PSC is by far the best and most friendliest card shop in Arizona if not the USA. They are all very knowledgeable and professional in their business. I love bringing the kids on Sunday, as a tradition to buy cards. By far, this place is second to none.
