  Everytime I call with an emergency, they always take me right away. The doctors and staff are the best. Always so kind and compassionate. I wouldn't bring my Pets anywhere else.

  I have known with Dr. Joiner for over 20 years and he has always been a very caring and excellent doctor.
  
  For all who are reading these or any other reviews, please, remember there are always two sides to every review. For the reviews that state their pets were misdiagnosed, may I ask you to think about all the options you were given in the care of your pets? Doctors can not properly diagnosis without some testing. If YOU DECLINED the recommended testing, then the doctor can only go by the symptoms and if the symptoms are common like vomiting, diarrhea, lethargic, etc. to many different ailments then he/she usually treats for the most serious disease.
  
  So before you post a "misdiagnosis" on a review of a doctor, please stop to think about whether you declined any of the diagnostic tests. If you did declined tests, then please be considerate to the doctor and not blame him/her for misdiagnosing your pet.

  The staff, especially Lori, was great and really took the time to understand what my dog needed and to care for her. They all truely care about animals and it shows!.
