The coach's professional accolades speak for themselves as far as knowledge, but they are excellent teachers for kids and adults. “Love this gym!! It is operated by a very friendly, helpful family who keep the gym in tip top condition. The equipment and all the facilities (bathrooms, changing rooms) are extremely clean. Staff are always helpful if you have questions. Gym offers a comfortable, down to earth feeling about the place, and so I highly recommend this particular location and fantastic staff.”

“Great new addition to the area. Super clean and cheap. $10 to 30 memberships. Sauna, large pool, full size basketball court, 2 stories of nice new equipment, TV's (not synced to speakers yet) will be full size movie screening with additional room with tons of equipment. If you like it less crowded go in morning /afternoon. Like it busy go after 5pm. It is a large, clean gym with locker rooms and showers.oh, and massage chairs! Huge daycare area for the kids. I believe it's $20 fee or $40 additional fee charged 1 month after you start so very affordable and much cheaper than most gyms that hit you with anual fees, start up fees, and more. Plus, use their 3 day free passes first. Great staff. Alex is amazing and they are all helpful. The nutritionist is great and knowledgeable.”
