They are very busy but they will work to make sure your pets are cared for in as timely fashion as possible. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Even on extremely busy days they take the time to assess the speed with which you need to be seen. They take explicit notes to relay info to the docs and get answers for your questions and needs quickly when they are able to. I highly recommend this practice to care for your pets.
