“Awesome staff. I was starting to get a little irritated because I waited so long to see someone. An hour to be honest. Once they got to me, my attitude quickly changed. They were so positive and very welcoming. They spoke about things in a way I could understand and say me down and did a full treatment plan of what I needed done with a full explanation of cost, options and time frame. I am excited to move forward with dental work. I appreciate their ability to make me as comfortable as possible. So glad the Lenscrafters was literally one suite away from a competitor where my experience was so bad that I left. She recommend a health screening which I never had done before and was a bit skeptical. After setting up my appointment with Second Chance and having the process explained to me I was amazed at the attention to detail the screening would provide. The technician was courteous and the process was fairly quick. It has now become an annual routine for me along with my standard physical.”
