“In the past, I have made a big effort to avoid Walgreens aif at all possible, unless I simply must shop there. This has been due to inflexible store policies and managers who can't think out of the box, choosing programs over customers every single time, to the point of rudeness. Today I needed something I can only get there. So I made a rare trip. I found what I wanted without a problem and when I was preparing to check out in the department as required, the department person informed me that the product was having a BOGO promotion and she had additional coupons for more savings, with the Rewards Card. I saved quite a bit on this purchase and I would like to thank Michele for her help and kindness. I may have found a Walgreens I can shop at again.”

“I went to see Leslie on a whim as I suffer from migraines and was desperate for some relief. To be completely honest, I was skeptical and didnt know what to expect from acupuncture and cupping but was willing to try anything. She was extremely friendly and personable and took time to get to know me and my concerns. She performed acupuncture and cupping on me and about two hours later, my migraine slowly started to dissipate until it was gone. I have had migraines for years and no other Dr or medication has ever helped. I was completely blown away and felt a huge sense of relief. Leslie even called the next day to see how I was doing. “They have the most friendly staff who greet you EVERY TIME you come into the store or leave. The pharmacy staff are really great. They go above and beyond to help you with your prescriptions. I used to use another drug store for my subscriptions but my insurance stopped using them and I had to switch to CVS. I was genuinely mad about it, but after just the first to encounters with this pharmacy, I am no longer mad but happy because I didn't know that I was getting sub-par service at my old pharmacy until I came to CVS. CVS is the new poster child for excellent customer service for me.”
