Only issue I’ve had in 4 years of living here is us getting a final notice about needing to cut our grass when we never got a first notice. Living on base was a great decision for our family. “I recently move to this community and I absolutely LOVE IT! The office staff made up of Valeria (Property Manager) Stephanie (Assistant Property Manager) and Paula Leasing Agent) are examples of the highest customer service I have ever experienced. The Maintenance team supervised by Robert, is very attentive to any needs you may have for the residents. The turnaround time in my experience has been same day in most cases. I can't say enough about how quiet, safe and simply beautiful this gem is. The pool and clubhouse is remarkable. The laundry facilitiy is very clean and resembles that of a fully functioning laundromat at a reasonable price and is is open almost 24 hours a day. Thank you Desert Gardens staff! They are managed by Chamberlin & Associates. Please keep doing what you've been doing. I love this place I call home. Thank you!!”
