Stayed here and loved it. Right off the highway. All the major stores and supermarkets are within 1 mile from hotel. Service was great and they have a decent complimentary breakfast. Thank you!

Fantastic! Good location on/off the parkway. Close to DC attractions.
Convenient Walmart across the road!
The only issue is coach parking and although a large lot in the rear to accommodate, the driveway access is difficult to navigate.
Breakfast staff able to accommodate successfully a large number of guests at one time! Food fresh and rooms very clean!

Pros and cons—
Cons: To Google maps and IHG. Google stated this was 8 minutes from my destination. NOT!
And from the employee standpoint..ahem.. IHG... please get them renovated!!
Pros: Staff, hkpg and the girl at the front desk who greeted me were wonderful! (give them a raise!)
Clean but dated rooms. Breakfast was yummy, just like the one at my hotel!👋😄
