(May 6, 2020, 1:02 am)I toured these beauties today and boy was I impressed. The price is affordale and they were designed with great attention to detail. I drove acrossed the country from Philadelphia and stopped at Avilla a little late to lease. I had already signed a lease. As a property manager myself I know what to look in terms of quality and these guys definitely put their all into these babies. I will be moving here after my 6 month lease is up.

The homes are beautiful, quiet, new, and the yard is amazing! I love the location and haven't had one single issue so far. I recommend this community to anyone, it really is an amazing place to call home.
