F45 Training Goodyear

Banger of a workout for my first day. I’ll be going back over the next few days for sure. The $7 for 7-day trial is a no-brainer if anyone is on the fence.

I love coming to F45! I did a week trial in December and I signed up and started in January! They provide different sessions hours in the morning and in the evening. They have an app that you can sign up for future classes, which also tells you the workout schedule and what coach will be there that day. They demonstrate the work out before the session starts. They also have TVs on the walls demonstrating the workout at the particular station that you are at. All the coaches are super nice and they motivate you and make sure you are doing the work out properly, if not they do it with you so you can see the proper form. They have checked on me when they haven't seen me for a while and I've already notice some definition on my muscles. Overall it is a fun atmosphere to work out in. I wouldn't be consistent and burning a lot of calories at the gym by myself. Definitely recommend it!
