Horrible. Just horrible. Lets start with how long it took them to make copies because I have serious complaints. I couldn’t even finish texting back friends before they were done. Don’t get me started on their prices because they were outrageous. They got me addicted on tacobell because I had so much money left over from how much I saved from going here and I blame them for that. Worst of all is their customer service. They were down to earth and kind. I had nothing to complain about. I am trying to have a bad day here and not a wonderful experience. This is not the place you want to visit if you are looking for a bad experience. 10/10

I had a specialty lock in which the key was sticking in the lock and occasionally wouldn't come out of the lock. After emptying a can of WD 40 in the lock, i brought the lock to Key West Lock. i told the lady at the desk of all the dirty names i called that lock when i couldn't get it to work . She smiled and was super courteous and helpful. She cleaned and fixed the lock in a few minutes and only charged me a nominal fee. She even went through the trouble of explaining to me why the lock would not work. Finally she recommended a good product to maintain the lock to avoid future problems. Excellent customer service.

I had called about a key cut service for a vintage Datsun-Nissan car. I was helped very promptly and kindly asked if I needed keys. Hannah is very knowledgeable and has much experience she was able to cut my keys within a few minutes. I will ALWAYS refer my fellow vintage car owner friends to go to Key West Lock and Safe. This is one of the best key/locksmith services I have dealt with. I had the confidence and not a single worry having my new old stock Datsun keys cut. They fit excellent and the car is now a true time machine to 1979! Thanks again.
