My mother used to come to IMS PM oh years ago and recently has to go back cause she sadly got into a horrible accident and now is back to pain levels beyond what she is able to tolerate. She stopped as she moved and cause she was getting better. They were always good to her and so we are confident they can help her get her pain under control again. Veronica the old MA was very kind we hope to see her again. We were worried about her entering TX again but given the fact she’s in immense amounts of complete agony, here she is. We are saddened to see her in so much pain again but like I said we are confident in Dr. Tung's abilities and his staff. Hope it’s the same as before for her. Update to come.
Awesome doctor. I saw doctor Tung for the first time 10 years ago. His procedure help me for many years. I now am having many health issues that need procedure for pain
He by far is excellent at what he does. Everytime I leave his office I feel so much better. There are no words to say to a doctor that takes my pain away but Thank you Dr Tung for what you do!
I'm not sure why such negative reviews, I've had a good experience over the last few months. The front desk receptionist(s) are polite, the Doctor himself listened well, he actually looked into my issue thats causing my pain rather then just throwing pain pills my way. A wait for new patients should be expected given they have so many established patients. Once I was established I got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. His assistant Christine has been patient and polite with me, no issues as was stated in a previous review(s). Overall the care has from the entire staff has met my reasonable expectations !! Thank you.
