As a brand new real estate agent, only being licensed a couple of months. I had the pleasure of working with Theresa Parkhouse.
She understood it was my very first listing. She was very patient and understanding. She was always available for questions myself or my client had. She held my hand, so to speak and made sure that all of the necessary information was available.
Even when I sent a beautifully written email to open escrow but forgot to attach files.I was absolutely mortified. She completely understood and didn’t make me feel sillier than I had already felt.
I would highly recommend her and Great American Title Agency. They are a top notch team.

Morgan Gianninicchi at Great American Title is the best escrow officer I've ever worked with in the mortgage industry. When we have issues with title we go straight to Morgan to help correct the situation and she gets it done 100% of the time. I've had escrow opened with other companies and they couldn't help with the issue, weeks would go by and then I would call Morgan and explain the situation, within 7 to 10 business days she has the issue resolved. And the customer service is outstanding, we have all of our title documents sent to us in less than 72 hours of opening escrow. Morgan and her team are just amazing. I really enjoy working with them.
