  I recently worked with Angie Perez to sell my house in Buckeye, AZ. In my life, I’ve purchased/sold 5 houses - and, Angie has definitely been the best realtor I’ve worked with. She’s extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient, kind, savvy, persistent and has a great work ethic. Plus, she’s just an overall nice, fun person. I always felt like the sale of my home was important to her and felt taken care of and listened to throughout the whole process.
  
  One of the qualities I appreciated most about Angie was that she was in constant communication about what was going on with the sale. In the beginning, there were multiple offers on my house (her photographer took great pictures, too!). Angie’s expert diligence and attention to detail picked up mistakes and incomplete information provided by the buyer’s realtors in their offers - things that could have ultimately cost me. She made sure all the forms were corrected before I signed anything. Angie provided me with things to think about - and she always let me make the decisions that felt good to me.
  
  The closing of my house took place during the COVID-19 lockdown, therefore taking longer than expected because of all the craziness with the lenders. Angie kept on top of the buyer’s agent, the lenders, title company and everyone else involved to make sure the deal kept moving forward (often checking with them several times a day). In all this craziness, she was able to get me a full-price offer with no concessions. I merit that to Angie’s knowledge of the market as well as her personal ethics of doing a great job for her clients. Angie was truly awesome, and I’m very happy I had the opportunity to have her sell my home.

  Angie sold our old home and helped us find our new one. I can't even put into words how amazing she is! She is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, friendly and personable. She went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful. Thanks again, Angie!!!

  Angie did a great job. She is a great communicator and kept me up-to-date during the entire process. She was always quick to reply to any questions or concerns that I had.
  She even drove me to the escrow office to sign the final documents.

  Angie was so helpful in our buying and selling process. She always made herself available and never took long to respond to any questions or concerns. Her strategic marketing helped get our house sold in about two weeks! She worked so well with the other realtor(s) on the buying end, helping to make the process as easy and stress-free as it could have been. We moved from one side of the valley to another and Angie was able to schedule showings for us that worked around our schedules. On top of her professionalism, Angie is kind, respectful and honest. We highly recommend Angie and all of her services to anyone looking to buy or sell (or both)!

  My wife and I were new to the area, and met Angie during an Open House event. We ultimately chose her as our realtor to purchase a new home in the Verrado area.
  
  If we had to sum up our experience with Angie in one word, it would be, “Exemplary.” Her knowledge throughout the entire process was second to none. During our initial search for the home that was perfect for us, Angie proved to be our most valuable asset. She understood the type of home and area that would interest us, and wasted no time developing a list of properties to look at. Her familiarity with the area and available homes was impressive, to say the least. Perhaps one of the most helpful aspects of working with Angie, was her thoroughness in evaluating each property. From taxation rates to value history, Angie assured that we were well informed before making any final decisions.
  
  I’m happy to report that we did find our dream home, and we couldn’t be happier with the choice we made. I truly don’t think we would have been this successful had it not been for the expertise that Angie afforded us! With sound confidence, we recommend her!
