  I was selling a large expensive house at a time when the market favored the buyer. The house was located in Queen Creek Arizona and I was located in the St Louis Missouri so I was interested in working with a realtor with my best interest in mind and to act on my behalf because of my location. I found these qualities and more in Fernando Valle. He made recommendations and managed changes that made my house more attractive, the advertisement through his website was very professional and luring to potential buyers and as a result Fernando’s skills ultimately resulted in a sell at a very satisfactory price. He also made the closing process quick and painless and I am a very happy customer, thank you Fernando.

  My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Fernando. Having bought and sold numerous homes in 4 States over four decades, we can confirm that he is an excellent Realtor. In addition he is hard working, diligent, and easy to reach. We had a worn-out rental rental house to sell, we followed his recommendations for repairs to get the house have great appeal for its price range. We followed his marketing scheme to get great response and had it sold in three days, which is exactly what we wanted. We are very pleased and highly recommend him.
