He maintains a calmness even when you are stressing out. I really respect him. His staff is always nice and caring. Even when I did not deserve there kindness. When old man grumpiness comes out and I treated them unfairly. I am sorry for my behaviour. I highly recommend this office for your primary care. They have a new phone system from Cigna. It is awful. It is not Dr. Torres office staff fault.”

“I am one of the students at the Kodenkan Jujitsu in Brighton. I feel that the classes and my experience have been very positive. The instructor Chris does a great job blending the traditional teachings of the art with practical and up to date combat techniques. We train in everything from knife and gun defense to eskrima sticks, fan techniques and the more traditional grappling and throwing arts. I think its a great work out and a superb self defense class. The classes are usually small so you get all the hands on time with the instructor you need and the price is frankly unbeatable when compared to the other schools in the area.”
