Last year, I was looking for a place in South Scottsdale that would allow me to own a german shepherd. As a renter, that is akin to the search for The Holy Grail. I had looked at a couple of homes, but they were not what I wanted. Brian (realtor/manager) had a townhome up for rental, so we got together, discussed the potential of a GSD (have been working with a rescue out of Los Angeles), agreed to pricing, and all was good. Very simple, clear cut and straight forward.

The months went by, COVID became a thing (putting the GSD on hold) and I have truly leaned in to living where I am. Very quiet, great neighbors, etc. A few weeks back, the AC went out. The speed with which Bryan had a team out to my place to get it fixed was pretty remarkable. If you have lived in the Valley for any time at all, especially the Summer, the horror stories of renters being left to deal with AC issues for days (in some cases, even longer) are legend.
