Arise Litchfield Park

I’ve lived here for a little over a month now and this place is hands down the best place I’ve ever lived. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, the community is always super clean and not too hectic, the pool area is beautiful and everything you could ask for. I initially thought the pool area was small but I promise it’s perfect size, on top of that the grill access has been a huge bonus to this place that I didn’t know I wanted when I moved in. The units are beautiful and there’s nothing better with the high gas prices than to be able to just walk to Bashas and get groceries without having to jump in my car. Maintenance has been incredibly fast and are very friendly.

The ONLY complain (if it’s even that) that I have is that the surrounding area isn’t super lit up at night but I run it every night anyway and have never had an issue with feeling unsafe outside of it being a little dark. I also understand this is not an Arise problem rather than the area around it so I obviously didn’t mark them down.

If you’re considering living here I would HIGHLY recommend it because this has been a better experience than I imagined it to be

We just moved in on Saturday April 9th and are really loving the apartment and the community. Everyone seems really friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. We truly are enjoying our new home!!!

Love living here. They were professional and extremely helpful. They made the process fast and easy to understand. I feel a good sense of security here and the kids love being here. It is nice and quiet here.

My wife and I are currently in the process of moving into Arise. We stopped in because of the aesthetic of the property, we decided to make Arise our new home because of the friendly and professional service provided by staff members.

Laurie, the office manager, has been such a pleasure to work with.

My girlfriend Kim and I are very pleased with the high level of professionalism from Laurie Ainza. It is a busy time for her and her staff with many people moving in but despite how busy they are Laurie was very helpful and kind in the emails we were using to communicate back and forth. Her helpful and kind demeanor extended to more than just the emails. When we finally met her in person she was there to greet us with a smile. Laurie is a very honest up front person which, in our view, is highly respectable and appreciated in this day and age. We are excited to be moving into this community and would recommend this community to anyone who asks.
